I was able to make a last-minute service appointment for a mechanical Targa roof failure. The vehicle was dropped off on Saturday with the sales staff. The service department is not open on Saturdays. The vehicle was serviced and ready for pickup that Monday. All work was performed well and the failure was corrected. The service work was video documented and very clear.

Your AI phone chat bot is the most annoying piece of xxxx. It answers only some of the questions asked. Messages never seem to be forwarded to sales person. LOST IT! It never tells the caller that it is not a live person.

I felt like I had to chase every one on this deal. I did not have good follow up on any aspect. No one made me feel like I was buying a high end car, I have had better follow through buying honda's for my employee's work cars. I wish they would have been better about trying to help me as I want to find a dealership to continue to business with for years to come.

Overall purchase experience was excellent. Jake and Isaac were very helpful in making sure the vehicle was in good working order after a few issues were found during the PPI. Unfortunately, one item that I had been told was repaired was found to be inoperable upon delivery of the vehicle. Out of state sales are complicated and this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise good experience.

Scheduling with a loaner car has been easy with about 7-10 day advance notice. Communication with me on the vehicle status has been good. Only reason there is not a 5 star rating is because the vehicle is not washed unless specifically asked to do so. This service was routinely included with a scheduled service appointment.

This dealer spent a lot of time identifying an annoying rattle coming from the front drivers side. After several road tests and fixing some suspected causes, they identified a worn pin in the brake caliber. The pin was replaced and the rattle went away. I highly recommend this dealer for taking the time to identify and fix the rattle. The service staff and mechanic were very knowledgeable and diligent. Thank you.

I flew up from Fort Worth Texas to buy a used car. Tyler pick me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. The car was exactly as described in the emails and phone calls I had with Tyler. The transaction was very easy and fast. I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. They have my highest recommendation.

Communication was terrible . Smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Devin had the vehicle ready for us before we arrived and was easy to work with with a great attitude. They even made sure to send us with a full tank of gas. It's the little things that make a big difference.
